How Does It Work
Yohimbine comes from a tall evergreen tree that is native to Western Africa. Yohimbine has been for centuries as an aphrodisiac and to enhance sexual performance. Yohimbine blocks the presynaptic alpha-2 adrenergic receptors along with modulating the activity of the autonomic nervous system by increasing the parasympathetic (cholinergic) and decreasing the sympathetic (adrenergic) activity. Yohimbine improves penile hydraulics by increasing the inflow of blood into the penis which results in penile engorgement along with contraction of the pelvic floor muscles maintains an adequate erection by impeding the outflow of blood by exerting pressure on the penile veins from within and from outside of the penile tunica.
